Coaching Management System

The Coaching Management System is a comprehensive desktop application built using Tauri, aimed at simplifying the management of small coaching and tutoring institutions. This system provides an intuitive interface for managing student records, organizing batches and classes, and tracking payment histories.

Key Features:

• Student Management: Easily add, update, and view student details, including names, phone numbers, classes, and batches.

• Batch and Class Organization: Efficiently organize students into different batches (e.g., Morning, Afternoon) and classes (e.g., Class 10, Class 11, Class 12).

• Payment Tracking: Keep a detailed record of students' payment histories to ensure financial transparency.

• Dashboard Overview: Get a quick snapshot of the total number of students and batches at a glance.

Future Enhancements:

• Attendance Tracking: Monitor and record student attendance.

• Exam Results Management: Track and manage student exam results.

• Teacher Management: Add and manage teacher details and assignments.

• Report Generation: Generate detailed reports for students, batches, and payments.

• User Authentication: Implement secure login and user roles.

• Notifications: Send reminders for payments and important dates.

• Data Export: Export student and payment data to CSV or PDF formats.

This project showcases my ability to develop robust, user-friendly applications that address real-world problems. The use of Tauri ensures a lightweight and efficient desktop experience, while the planned features demonstrate a forward-thinking approach to continuous improvement.
